Airport Meet & Greet Service:
We operate a 'Meet & Greet' service at any UK airport with no additional charge. However we will make an additional charge of £5.00 plus car park and waiting charge services at Gatwick Airport only. As an alternative to this charge, we encourage all of our account customers to use our “Ring on Arrival Service” (See Below).

Callback Service:
Our unique “CALLBACK” service is very popular with our regular customers. No need to stand in the rain or cold night air waiting for your taxi. For those who may feel venerable, stay in your secure environment and use our callback service. So how does it work?
Mobile Phones - Create a new entry on your mobile phone as “CAB OUTSIDE” using phone number 020 8853 5910. Once you have done this, book your mini - cab in the usual manner using 020 8858 8070 asking the telephonist for the “CALLBACK SERVICE”. When your mini - cab is due to arrive, your mini - cab driver will activate the callback. Do not answer your phone! Your mobile telephone will then ring off. You should now proceed to your agreed pick up point.

Home Telephones
Book your mini- cab in the usual manner using 020 8858 8070 asking the telephonist for “CALLBACK SERVICE”. When your mini - cab is due to arrive, your mini - cab driver will activate the callback service. Do not answer your phone! Your home telephone will then ring two or three times and will then ring off indicating that your car is either waiting or about to arrive. Make your way outside to your mini cab!

Lady Driver or Chauffeur:
We can provide lady drivers for any occasion you require driving your own vehicle or we can provide driver and executive vehicle.

Ring on Arrival Service:
Arena Mini Cabs also operates a dedicated 'Ring On Arrival' service through our dedicated telephone number listed below. We encourage our customers to call us on 020 8858 8070 immediately when you know your baggage carousel number. Our telephonist will ask for contact telephone details and advise the customer of an easy pre-arranged “Pick-Up” point. Whilst the customer is collecting their luggage and clearing Customs, our car is despatched to meet the customer at the pre-arranged “Pick-Up” point thus negating any car parking, “Meet & Greet” and waiting time charges. Many of our regular customers prefer this tried and tested method of collection.

Wheelchair & Disabled Passengers:
Whilst we do not currently have specialist disabled vehicles, we can however provide assistance for wheelchair and disabled passengers.
